To what applications do its settings actually apply? My point in saying all this is not that these things shouldn't be added to kcontrol, it's that they can't be said to be "missing" from 3.5.13 because they weren't actually part of 3.5.10 in the first place (and that we have to be careful, in the first two cases, that we don't accidentally duplicate something).
