You can get one by running:

svn log

in the master directory (e.g. the one containing kdelibs, kdebase, etc.). 
Or, you can view the change list on the Trinity project website
(http://trinity.pearsoncomputing.net) by clicking on the "Trinity Patches
from SVN" link on the left hand side.
