  After moving tqtinterface and libart_lgpl to /usr to facilitate build of
tdeutils, tdebase fails to build. This looks like a cmake error:

  The strange part is both tde-config and libtdecore.so.4 are right where they
should be:

  Is there some path disconnect in installing tqtinterface to /usr that causes
problem with tdebase finding tde-config as installed by tdelibs in /opt?
