Are you building 64-bit packages too?

On 64-bit I am unable to build tqca, tqca-tls, python-tqt, and python-trinity. The sources do not find the $PREFIX/lib64 directories, only looking for $PREFIX/lib.

If you succeed with those packages I would be grateful if you post your solution.
