No.

Yes, I could use some help reproducing/bisecting this issue.  For starters
please file a bug report on this with [REGRESSION] in the title, a
priority of CRITICAL, the last TDE version that the feature worked
properly in, and step-by-step instructions for reproducing the bug,
including a brief note describing the desired behaviour.
