FTBFS - avahi-tqt - looks like qt-watch.moc3 or sed issue

Tim, Darrell,

I have also run into an avahi-tqt build failure. Again, nothing has changed on
my end. However, when attempting to build avahi-tqt, it fails. I have included
the context leading to the failure, because I'm not entirely sure what crashed.
It looks like it is complaining about a sed option. What does it look like to you?
