It looks like HAVE_POPPLER_016 is not being set.  tdegraphics builds fine
here, so I suspect that there is an upstream API change that is confusing
the Poppler version check in
kfile-plugins/dependencies/poppler-tqt/ConfigureChecks.cmake.
