This is *not* a 3.5.13.1 release.
I'm still using 3.5.13 source tarballs + several patches from GIT, so 
this is an updated 3.5.13 .

It will be called 3.5.13.1 when we'll have 3.5.13.1 source tarballs.
It will not make much difference to the end-users, but at least all 
distributions will then have the same patches.

When you install RHEL/Fedora TDE 3.5.13 with official instructions and 
repository, you already get the most up-to-date (patched) version, not 
the original (unpatched) 3.5.13 .

The URL you give are for 3.5.13 source tarballs.
You can find the RHEL/Fedora packaging source files (and patches) in the 
GIT repository:
