  This is with

./configure --qtdir=/opt/tqt3 \
--debug

and it 'still' dumps lib64 into the conf.log file:

There was an error compiling 'conf'.  Be sure you have a proper
TQt 3.x Multithreaded (MT) build environment set up.

There is no /opt/tqt3/lib64 it is '/opt/tqt3/lib' and I can't get it to use it???
