I think I know what happened.  As you can probably guess I do all of my
development on TQt3, not Qt3.  Therefore, I did not add several defines to
tqt.h that are needed to build TDE on Qt3.  They should now be present in
tqtinterface as of GIT hash a1b781f.

Please let me know if this fixes the build failures!
