Double Damn!

  Symlinked kde-config -> tde-config and build progressed, then dies looking for
Qt4 WTF?

checking for Qt... checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 4.3 and < 5.0) (headers and libraries) not found.
Please check your installation!
